If you train or race in kilometers, it's easy to convert your running pace.
To convert from miles to kilometers, divide your mile pace (in minutes) by 1.60934 to get your pace in minutes per kilometer.
Quick Tip: A 10-minute mile is roughly a 6:12 per kilometer (6 minutes and 12 seconds).
It's easy to mix up pace and speed, but they describe your run in opposite ways.
For example, running a 6-minute mile is faster than running a 10-minute mile.
