These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you" or "User"), and the owner and operator of the Modern Converts website ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the modernconverts.com website (the "Site") and the services it provides.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
